Kate Middleton uses special exercise routine to beat her stress

Kate has been feeling the stress after her husband was deployed to the Falkland islands.

To combat her stress while her husband Prince William is in the Falkland Islands, Kate Middleton's been working up a sweat using the Canadian Royal Air Force 5BX exercise regime favoured by William and his father Prince Charles.

Now magazine report the routine lasts just 11 minutes a morning but the gruelling workout involves stretching, sit-ups and sprints.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 30, finds it helps her not feel so isolated and triggers a mood boost.

A source close to the Royal said: “It helps her forget about things. It's gruelling but it gives her brain a release.”

Kate had also requested for her sister to be her lady-in-waiting as she has been feeling lonely, but the Palace is not keen on the idea.

A source told Now magazine, “They thought it was better to have an official in the role, especially as Pippa attracts so much media attention and is writing her party planning book.

“But Kate's annoyed - she feels Pippa's been "put out to pasture".
