The girl's family plans to sue the African Mercy American singer Madonna; adopted by the Queen of Pop Summer 2009.
According to news reports that her family's Mercy - five years - is furious at Madonna; because it promised the family not to cut off contact with the girl but did not do so.
The family said Mercy in Malawi: The Madonna and promised to allow them to see the baby every now and then, but have never done this, although she took Mercy to Malawi twice since it was adopted.
Mercy's mother was aged 16, died after the birth of her daughter five days. The Jeddah sponsored child and their relatives after death.
Said Amy Caneca director of civilian relief: The family of Mercy have resorted to the organization for help.
The Caneca "met with Mercy's family with us several times and they feel very sad; because they do not see Mercy not call them, as they hope to return to Malawi and live among them, after that get bigger."
But expert opinion that the chance of the family is weak; because what they had received from Madonna was just verbal promises by without writing anything.
